There is a power beyond plate, but you will also need a different valve body.
The outer valve body has the end plate cast as part of the valve body. It is not removeable. You will need another "second" valve body in order for the power beyond plate to work.
AFAIK, only the early 06 series came with a separate end plate that could be easily removed and converted into power beyond.
