The only way to get that idle metering jet out now is to drill it out, and then you'll need to retap the threads. #40 drill bit and a #4-40 tap. Do not use your electric drill. Do it by hand.
Not very many rebuild kits have all the pieces you need, I don't know if YTs kits contain them or not. If you want to have the carb professionally rebuilt, send me an email.
