Yes, those original style, flat-back sealed beam lights are kind of pricey. I would suggest that you make the decision right now to either leave the six volt system in place, or make the change-over to twelve volts BEFORE you buy the lights. Of course, there are generic 6 and 12 volt headlamps available that are priced much, much lower and function just as good, but would never be considered as "correct".
