You need to loosen the set screws on the collar that is just forward of the steering column support post, then pull rear ward on the steering wheel. You will probably need to hammer on the u-joint to get it loose from the forward steering shaft. You can get the replacement ujoint cross from Case-IH, but if yours is total toast, the yokes are probably worn beyond repair.
