Take your time and use progressively larger drill bits to remove the old material.
I would suggest getting the new jet first to have a size reference.
I know Case-IH is overpriced on a few items, but $25 is a bit ridiculous for an idle metering jet that is already furnished in a rebuild kit that sells for $32.
