Saw my first fast-hitches the fall of '53! They were on Super C's at the Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, MA. The IH folks had a demonstration going on with 4 tractors & 4 fast-hitch implements doing a square dance to show how fast & easy it was to hitch and unhitch! I was 14 years old at that time, and really quite impressed! The IH folks even let me drive a Super H in the machinery parade! I can't even imagine that being allowed in today's world!
