Hi, Jim! Thanks for the reply! The power steering was working...but was a little jerky- whereas it was previously perfectly smooth before. I did add some more hydraulic fluid when I first noticed the problem. Seemed like the lift went up just a little the first time I tried it, and then nothing. Draft control was all the way down (I tried all the levers in various combinations....nothing seemed to make any difference). The steering did get turned full lock several times while I was tilling....but I will do what you suggest, also, for good measure. Probably won't get a chance to fool with it till Tuesday though. Thank you very much for the suggestions. Oh, and no, the parking brake does not hold. That is my prime suspect...so I am wondering how one can verify if brake band material is indeed clogging the hydraulics, and how it can be remedied? Please check back again in a few days, and I will have more info.
Rich
PS: The power steering pump was leaking when I went to buy the tractor, and the guy who owned it fixed it before I took posession, if that helps (or hurts) any.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
