Have an "51 M with partially rebuilt carb: new needle/seat cage and gasket, new float bowl gasket. Float level measured 1 5/16" per manual. Finding gas leaking out choke lever shaft after increasing engine speed control. What is likely causing the leak. Also, main fuel/air mixture screw currently set at 3 turns out. Not yet tuned for full throttle. Would leak disappear once tuned? Tractor head listed as 6336 for kerosene and carburetor has numbers matching those for kerosene. However, I only run gas.
