Strap them upright. Remove everything from tanks. Get thread on metal valve covers. If you stop at a welding supply shop you can also get transportation caps or plugs for the tank valves. Kinda like the plastic ones that come on a new 20lbs propane tank. The welding shop should have brass ones. You should have no problems. Done it for years and never had a problem. If for some reason you do get a ticket let us know and we'll all learn something new.LOL Transportation laws seem to change daily. Been in trucking 30 years with hazardous materials and radioactive materials and never could keep up with all the new laws. I don't have time to read 10,000 pages if you know what I mean.
