Pretty easy fix Take the shifter off of the top of the trans (bolts around the small housing at the shifter). Put it Low TA (pull lever back). Push in the clutch. Use a big screw driver or small pry bar to align the shift rails. The right hand rail will be to the rear, it needs to be moved forward to align the slots. Have the tip of the shifter that fits into the slots made fatter by welding a little metal onto the tip where worn, and using a grinder to make it so it just fits and moves through the pattern. Shift in square movements in the pattern to avoid this in the future. Jim
