My F12 has a single front wheel. The cast hub has four bolts running through it. if you remove these bolts the hub will split in two. Mine didn't have any type of bearing in it but if it did it was worn away a LONG time ago. I am a machinist so I took the hub assembly to work and bored it out and pressed in a set of oil impregnated bronze bushings and also made a new axle shaft to match since the original was worn so badly it also has a grease zerk to grease the entire axle and bearings. as far as front tires if you have a TSC store nearby check with them or try m.e. miller tire at: http://www.millertire.com hope some of this helps....
