About a year and a half ago in eastern mid-Michigan I bought a '39 narrow tread on factory rubber, good rubber, decent older paint. Stood for sale on a busy road for over 2 months. Bought for $1200. Clutch needed to be torn apart and cleaned up, and rebuilt the head. Other than that, tis a stong tractor. Yours seems a little rich. Depends on the condition of the rubber.
