In an IH owners manual, it lists a B414 and a 2444 both as available with a 154 cid diesel engine. I dont now if it is the same engine in the one you are looking at. You could look at sites like valubilt and see if they list the same replacement engine for both tractors.
Also check the tractor for sale for other numbers... someone a while back bought an Allis Chalmer turns out it wasnt... someone had orange paint and stickers left over
