Jim responded separately, but I agree, easy enough to check for yourself. However, with that said, remember a couple of things. These engines are relatively low compression, low RPM engines. The heads are fairly heavy cast iron.
Unless the engine was over heated, or totally torqued wrong, there will unlikely be warpage. I have not found a warped head yet on a letter or F series engine. rusted? yes. scratched because some dufus used a pick-axe to remove the old gasket? yes. Warped? no.
If you are not going to turn this into a "high performance" pulling machine, save yourself some money, and do as Jim suggested.
