On my 450 the throttle lever moves almost 1/2 way before it will start to rev the engine up. I took the cover off where the throttle spring is on the front left side of engine and there was slop in the spring when lever was all the way up. Do these springs get wore or stretched out. Or is there something else I should look at. My tach cable is broke so I dont know if it is revving up all the way. Any ideas would be appreciated.
