There's a reason why this was such a great deal and why all these parts are missing: You're missing all the expensive parts. Someone cannibalized it for the good parts to fix their front end, then sold the leftover scrap that nobody ever needs to you. I hope you didn't pay much.
I don't know what the diagram shows, but you need the mount that bolts to the tractor's frame. You also need a second mount for the wishbone brace, which bolts up to the frame just ahead of the oil pan.
You also need the pitman arm that bolts to the plate where the narrow front pedestal was.
