Smoke from the oil fill tube is nothing to be overly concerned with, but that smoke DOES indicate the compression rings are worn out, and the blue smoke from the exhaust indicates worn out oil control rings. Unleaded gas does not make blue smoke. Too much unleaded gas, or ANY gas for that matter will make black smoke if too much is fed in.
