The M carburetor will fit the H ONLY if you first install a manifold from a Super H through 350. A new replacement manifold will fit the H through 350, and has slotted mounting holes to accomodate either the H carburetor OR the M carburetor.
Installing an M carburetor on an H will NOT result in more power unless you have first made some serious modifications to the engine.
