Sorry, I don't recall exactly. I think the local hardware store? What I can tell you is that they aren't all that critical. It's really one of those situations where that just being there is enough. It isn't fussy. Worked darned fine after that too.
I can also tell you, if one of those plows doesn't trip well or lift well, something stupid is going on.
Something you might know already, but the only problem with them is trash. Used mine to break a few acres that had never been plowed ever, and there were saplings here and there. Mowed it of course, but the plow tended to collect roots and ball up. It makes for a very difficult to remove dirt wad. Of course the easy way to clear it is to back up, and of course that flops the trailing wheel sideways. Something to think about when you see all those broken trailing wheels...
