Central Tractor ???

I posted this a couple weeks ago but it got nuked in the choas here apparently.. I wrote to Central Tractor back on April 11th requesting a catalog. I had not heard anything by May 1st, so called them and requested one through their automated system. It is now almost June and still nothing. Any tips in dealing with these folks?? -- Ken
