If all bearings are good, look into the brake housing. I guess we never had the 560 brakes apart, but if they are similar to the MTA- 450 brakes, the retracting spring [1 of 3] has probably rusted the hook off & dropped down in the housing.The clearance is unbelievably close between the discs & the casting. We pulled the bearings on the 450 when a brake spring lodged under the discs. The bearings were in good shape but the grinding/ grating noise continued. Pulled the brake housing & found the rusted spring. Worth a look.
