On Farmall Cubs, the spark plug wires all pass through a single ring on top of the engine before splitting out to go to the individual cylinders. The four wires barely fit, and are touching.
A quarter-million Cubs over 32 years of production with that exact same plug wire routing can't be wrong.
I've personally put plug wires on several Farmalls and just let them fall where they may. Never a problem in my experience.
