Jack, Yes, rotate hydraulic bucket until it limits and you hear relief valve squeal. Also look for hydraulic leaks around bottom of dash and from under top of transmission cover. The hydraulic lines that feed the brakes run on top of transmission under the cover to under the seat. If the splitter valve doesn't release then I will have to post the procedure to remove it and sand with 400 grit sand paper as posted by Bernard Le Mechano.
