Bob, To me, NOS is new old stock, something new
that may be in its carton, box or just there
a waitin' to go somewhere. It has not been sold,
or used, and maybe put on a shelf and been
sitting for years. It is actually a new part,
sometimes in great new appearance, and some
times they have "shelf wear" from being moved
