If you intend to go that way, your best bet would be to find a salvaged SC with a Fast Hitch (I believe a 200 may be the same, but not the 230 or 240). There are 18 parts assemblies alone in the mechanical drawbar, draft link and yoke assy, 24 in the hydraulic cylinder, bellcrank, rockerarm and rockshaft and 24 in the check valve and connections. Then there are another 23 assemblies or individual parts you need for the remote hydraulic valve system.
If you intend to use the tractor for several F-H implements, it may be worth the trouble, otherwise I'd say stick with either a pull plow (second choice) or a mounted plow for a C or SC without F-H (first choice).
