A 240 is basically an updated Super C with more RPM's, more power. Most had fast hitch or easily converted to 3pt hitch. Same basic engine/transmission setup. The hours are probably OK. We had a 'C' for 20-25 years and it spent many 40 hour work weeks per year doing something,some hard pulling, hard to tell how many hours were on it. It was overhauled at least once during that time. But it was still a solid tractor. Now that angled back front end on the 240 utility could be troublesome with a loader, you would just have to check it out for condition.
