That many hours over 50yrs isnt very much as thats only 80hrs per year. You dont sound like you would be using any more than that so it should last you for a long time just give it good care and park in a shed it will serve you good. That price wont even buy the loader for those new fangled types with all their gadgets and switches to cause trouble. You can even tune it up yourself and you can change oil and filter for 15.00 go for it.
