This 1256 is owned by G&D Smoker Farm, Wanatah, Indiana and is used on a regular basis. This tractor puts on over 1000 acres each year side dressing N and in the off season it can be seen running a roller mill or grinding hay at their feedlots. Putting on N it uses only 9 gallon of fuel on every 100 acres it covers. It is being driven by Chapter 33 member Matt Smoker, a junior at Purdue University and future farmer. It will be at RPRU in June in it's work clothes. If time permits, it may even get a bath.
