lol i have the same problem with my new cub, the best way i had found so far is to step on the drawbar with the right foot, grab the steering post [ where the steering wheel upper bearing is] then put your left foot on the pivot for the rear 1 point hookup and then place right foot over the seat on the operaters platform, BE SURE to scrape your leg on the battery box in the process lol, my biggest problem is getting back off the thing, now today i just got my handy factory made plow depth control put on for the plow, and turned the drawbar to the front, i should have to put 2 bolts in and hook it up, now with that handel in place and the drawbar on the other way im trying to figure out how im going to get on it now
