Yes, the easiest way is to use a dedicated V-belt driven PS pump. You would need a Behlen or Char-Lynn actuator, automotive PS pump, bracket, pulley, V-Belt, and two hoses. You have a choice of high mount or low mount on the PS pump. Low mount requires altering the fan shroud.
Or you could use all the hardware from a stock 400-450 that was factory equipped with PS. Major items would be Behlen torque generator and the different regulator that replaces the non-PS regulator on a 400-450. I chose the latter route.
