Definitely make sure that you've got the cast center on the right side. If you took it off thinking you'd make the tractor lighter to make a certain weight class, that's your problem.
The engine is offset to the left, making the right side lighter by default. Cubs are the same way, but they're small enough that the weight of the driver pretty much balances them out. A Super A is much larger and heavier, so unless you weigh about 450lbs, it just ain't gonna happen.
Running without that heavy center on the right is dangerous. The tractor will tip over on much of side hill.
