You are dropping pressure on the MCV So you may be in need of a new MCV pump or your flow divider is sticking The pump needs to be flow rated with a hyd. flow rater to see if it is putting out the correct gallons per min and at proper pressure . This needs to be done by someone that has a flow rater and the knowledge on how to preform the test . If it is a sticking flow control valve then here again it is best to let someone who knows what he is doing .
