Well then i suppose you can even balance the flywheel . as for fixing a 450 rear end unless the housing is broken in half or has a huge hole in it i do not see where there is a problem . Now i know it is just me but i myself would never buy a cobbled up mess of a half breed . As if it more power ya want then swap out the crank on the 460 and poke it out to 291 or maybe a 301+.060 . But since3 a 460 uses a small clutch and flywheel it will never be what ya want , But it is your tractor so knock your socks off and do what ya want .
