I am not ruling out timing cause it does want to run but just won't. I removed all the junk and have it set up as a gravity feed system. Good news is that It will fire now with fuel (gas) and not just starter fluid. I drained the bowl and the flooding issue might not be an issue now. It kind of fires in waves or little burst of 2 to 4 times then won't. The last time I checked I was getting good spark at each plug. Now I am not sure if I have a wire or two flip flopped but I am sure I didn't. For the timing I don't know how to set it. I know I can turn the distributor to get it speed up or slow down. All the timing is internal gears. So I have come a baby step forward here and just need my tractor to fire on time with out the starter being held in
