Golly....the FIRST thing I do is check the battery. Have you had it on the charge OFF the tractor? I have a battery shop in town that tests them for free (they oughta, I buy a lot of batteries!) and tells me the status of them. After that you need to get out the wiring diagram and run the connections. Most conversions I have seen have REALLY bad wiring jobs on them. Once you have checked the components what else is left? I guess it is because I used to do old jukes but my way of doing it is to start at one end and check every inch of the circuit, including wires and connections, until I find the problem or come out the other side.
