It is a TD6, narrow gauge, narrow track pads.
Hard to say about condition, track chain shows some signs of wear that needs a closer look. Grousers look to be welded up. Track chain is the old style open link.
A bulldozer is the blade that is attached to the front of a tractor, in this case a crawler tractor. Gearing was not changed on these units, except for an option to exchange third for a high speed reverse.
Not often you see a spark arrestor.
