I know exactly how you feel. I love old tractors and farm equipment in general but NO WAY would I go back into farming. O.K. I used to love most aspects of the life itself, but now ( in Europe at least ) agriculture is just a bureaucratic muddle. When you find that you are spending as much time filling forms in as farming and having Ministry inspectors knocking on your door every few months (Even though you were doing everything "right" )then you know it is time to get out. Although every cloud has a silver lining, all that paperwork did introduce me to the world of computers and later the internet.....
