These would be the U-bolts. They are available at an industrial plumbing supply or fire sprinkler supply jobber.
But after looking at an I-9 frame that I have, I don't think that you need them. There are enough holes on the axle housing where heavy (6" x 6" x 1/2" or better) angle iron clips would work. Or you could cut some T-sections out of a heavy H-Beam. The floor board will have to go. The fenders will probably be OK if you retain the sway limiters.
You need to start by obtaining the hitch (or looking at the Worksaver site). Place the hitch where it fits best and start making the attaching brackets. This procedure would be similar to mounting a loader to any tractor. Looks like an easy job. Good luck.
