Pull the plugs and put some penetrating fluid down the cylinders this will help. You will need to clean the carb out, this may require you to get a new body gasket for it. The injection pump will be full of diesel no doubt, drain that out and refill with what ever oil you use in the engine. The things that can get stuck in the pump are plunger the rack others components can get stuck but those are the common ones. The distributor will need to be cleaned and checked for spark. DOnt forget to clean the switch over plate in front of the intake manifold. They get glazed over and no longer make contact sometimes. Now thre are other areas that can get iffy after sitting for prolonged periods of time but i would start there first and see where it leads you. They are somewhat complicated engines but are sure fun to operate and good on fuel. A service manual would sure help alot with one of those too.
