So here is what i found out. first off the link is for Photos of repiar, and homade puller etc to get PTO housing off (ED-3262) good luck finding one of them, 2nd I had to heat the Retainer cover with Mapp Gas torch and beat it with a Brass punch to get it off. The Front engagement band with metal and liner was .202 inches thick . THe rear Creeper brake band was .240 inches, material - the Int /Case dealer may have slipped and mentioned it was 3/16 liner material, they are being good at sending it off to be relinend. Otherwise one Band new from Mfg is $625 smakeroos. Yes they knew it was a ripoff to so they are good to do this, likely around $100 for both but will wiat and see. them material on the rear braking band was about .105 inches so 3/16 .1875 new, I could have swapped them, but maybe braking of pto would not work then. Also I noticed the adjustment in the pto engagement lever was not right. Band bottom dog was more tilted toward creeper band keeper pin. so adjusted that to even. See my picture link for repair job and homade puller, thanks for everyones help, I thought it was least i could do to show some pictures for next guys. I will post cost of band reline when i get them- 1 week to do.
