International 254 tractor

I recently bought 23 acres in texas and I want to buy this International 254 tractor from a customer of mine, but I can't find a web site that tells me any infomation about this tractor and what's its worth. It has a front loader,box scraper,and disc. the engine is a 3 cylinder diesel. 4spd trans, 4whl drive After looking for hours on the internet, I guess that International does not make the smaller tractors anymore or did they change their name to something else or did anothor company buy them out. I would like to know before I buy this tractor and then the possibilty of not being able to get parts for it. Thank You, Scott
