Without seeing what you are talking about it is very difficult to say what you have.
Most 130s have a TOUCH CONTROL hydraulic system under the gas tank which gives you two lift arms on the left and one on the right. These lift arms can have various lift mechanisms from various implements bolted to them.
There is no name for either type of "hitch" because they are not hitches. They are integral parts of the mounting and/or lifting mechanism for the mower.
