I looked at the picture i took when i rmoved it -creeper drum still connected to the cover plate pict 6 of 33 and pic 8 of 22 shows shaft but key-way is turned down- i lined up b4 I started
and the drum is going in correctly, on probably 3/4 of the way, but last tightening of cover bolts pushed the bearing out - not all the way out of cover but close, so you can see by picture- drum hub small diameter, goes into sun gear hub.
I just was wondering could i do damge if i kept tightening bolts on cover with a round disk in between to keep the braring from popping off, ie something bigger diam than bearing but fits in creeper drum inside dia.
I can certainly use puller to take it out, it comes out easy with /14 in drive ratchet on puller.
I also made sure key was flat in "way" {key-way} even all the way accross.
I could try to clean it again, and sand it litely clean again and use the pto oil(clean) on it
