A bunch of Super H"s between serial numbers 15994 and 16921 have the stage two grill with the holes not punched out like you describe. I agree that this is the hardest variation of H grill to find. I have Super H 18892, it has a stage 2 bolster but a stage 1 grill, it appears that the grill is original to the tractor but may have been changed - who knows what may have been changed in 55 years. Hope this helps answer your question. Would like to know the serial number of your tractor if possible. I"m compiling a registry of Super H"s and occasionally it helps in answering a question like this.
