The tractor seems to be in petty good shape. It has a new woods brand front loader. The only thing that I can find wrong is sometimes its difficult shifting from high to low or to reverse.As to what you mean by location I'm confused. If you mean a high farming area or a large demand for farm equipment, then I would say its a medium farming area. I really hate to say this but its my first tractor, so I'm as green as green can get.
