I have posted a couple time on here about resurecting a prpane H. Well I got it running and it purrs like a kitten - realy nice sounding motor.
Anyway, when you hve it throttled up and return the gas feed to idle it will not idle all the way down. If you pull the throttle rod that runs between the gov and carb back to idle it idles perfect and stays there until throttled back up agian. It is kinda like the linkage is sticking.. Put plenty of snake oil on the tod bearing surfaces and it stil donesn't want to go all the way to idle by itself.
