I believe he is talking about the flat-belt pulley on the rear. There are a couple of options. One is to get a sleeve to replace the pulley, you just pull the pulley off and put the sleeve on and put the bolt and washer back in.
Second option it to remove the entire angle drive, there is a cast iron cover made for that. Check a salvage yard. I believe the Super A - 140 would use the same cover. It is more than a simple plate, the shaft protrudes at the rear so the plate has to be domed in the center. Check the parts book at the Case/IH site and you will see the options.
