Are you saying you don't have the Touch Control hydraulics under the hood? That's a stock feature. Every Cub from mid 1948 on had it, and most of the early Cubs had it retrofitted.
Fast Hitch was always an option. By 1979, Fast Hitch was pretty much dead, so I would expect that of what few Cubs were made, not many had it.
They heyday of the fast hitch was from about 1955 through about 1965. That's the era when you'd find the most Cubs with Fast Hitch.
