The ignition switch is a push pull knob at the dash box. The starter switch is on the starter. (it would cause you to need to crank it)
The ignition coil is near the distributor. The coil main wire goes to the center of the distributor cap, the Plus goes to distributor side small terminal if positive ground, and the negative side small wire goes to the distributor if it is negative ground.
The starter switch (if stock) has two wires only connected to the battery cable terminal.
