I believe that you would have less problems with the W9 than the modified 650. Also the 100 HP Perkins engine is to much power for the drive train of the 650 for continous full load use. I have an I9 with the 335CID gas engine and duals. Since the W9 or I9 are less prevelant than the majority of the letter series tractors, engine parts are more expensive and harder to find.
